I felt good using it, no weird side effects or anything that made me second-guess it, which was a relief. The setup was simple too, like I didn’t have to overthink it or spend forever figuring things out. So far, I’m happy with it and everything’s been smooth.

I’m not saying the treatment itself was bad or anything, but it took way too long. I went in expecting it to be a fairly straightforward process, or at least something that would move along at a reasonable pace, but it felt like I was waiting around forever. I get that some things take time and they probably have a process they need to follow, but from a customer’s point of view, it just dragged on much longer than I was prepared for.

The buttons are right where you’d expect them to be, so I didn’t have to fight with it or adjust how I use it. I still have to do touch-ups here and there. The device works okay overall, but you definitely need patience, and the results have been kind of uneven for me.

I’ve had plenty of packages show up with dents or stuff shifting around inside, but this one arrived in great condition. Everything was wrapped neatly and felt secure without being overdone. Nothing was loose, damaged, or messy when I opened the box. it was just packaged really well and I’m happy with the experience.

I used the trialaser for a few weeks, and overall it was simple to figure out. Shipping was fine, and the device itself felt decent enough, so I didn’t have any issues there.
The problem for me was that my skin got red and itchy after using it, even when I kept it on a lower setting. It did calm down after a while, but it was still really annoying and felt like something that should’ve been avoidable.

I wouldn’t say it’s a terrible product, but I also can’t say I loved it. It might be totally fine for someone with less sensitive skin, but for me it just wasn’t worth the irritation.
